Every year, Zeta Tau Alpha looks to strengthens its bond of sisterhood by participating in Northwestern University's Panhellenic formal winter recruitment.

Fall events leading up to formal recuitment include Philanthropy Round, usually held in early November, and the sets begin at the onset of winter quarter. The rounds for formal recruitment are Set I, Set II, Set III and Preference Night.
