Jon Faris (Artistic Director 2002-03,Production Manager 2001-02)-is currently working at Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago as the coordinator of The School at Steppenwolf, their 10-week ensemble-based summer training program for actors, and as the Artistic Office Assistant. Jon is also the Managing Director of Umalleniay Productions (www.umaproductions.org). His favorite shows include producing the North American and East Coast premieres of Second Amendment Club, at Northwestern and the New York International Fringe Festival, respectively, and working as Frank Galati's Assistant Director on the world premiere of A Long Gay Book (music by Stephen Flaherty) and the Midwest premiere of Tony Kushner's Homebody/Kabul at Steppenwolf. Katie Bond (Production TD 1999-2000, Design TD 2000-2001)-After graduating in 2001, Katie assisted Lighting and Scenic designer Lynne Koscielniak (MFA '00) in several Chicago theatres. In September 2002, Katie moved to Princeton, New Jersey, where she now works in the props shop at The McCarter Theatre.

Erin Cardillo-After graduating in 1999, Erin moved to New York City, working with Singularity and TOAD Productions, both founded by recent NU alumni. After two years, Erin moved to Los Angeles, and is now producing a short film with former WAVE board members Jim Conrads ('99), TJ Moore ('00), and Matt Doherty ('99).

Fraser Coffeen (University Relations Chair 1998-2000)-Fraser Coffeen currently works at Remy Bumppo Theatre Company here in Chicago, where he runs the website, plans events, writes the newsletter and much more. You can reach him there at fcoffeen@remybumppo.org. Before working at Remy Bumppo he was a company member at the late, great Defiant Theater, where he appeared in a number of shows. He has also worked onstage and off at The Factory Theater, Steppenwolf, Redmoon, and more. And for fun, he also has performed around town as Numbskull the Human Blockhead, a real life human oddity who hammers nails in his nose to the delight and terror of audiences. Seriously.

Jim Conrads-Jim graduated from NU in 1999 and moved to Los Angeles where he spent a year as an assistant producer at Marty Katz Productions. He now works in post-production for Revolution Studios in Santa Monica (America's Sweethearts, Blackhawk Down). Jim is also currently shooting a digital short with fellow WAVE alumni Erin Cardillo ('99), TJ Moore ('00), and Matt Doherty ('99).

Matt Doherty (Artistic Director 1998-99)-Matt graduated in 1999 and moved to Los Angeles, where he is currently working on a short film with former WAVE board members Jim Conrads ('99), TJ Moore ('00), and Erin Cardillo ('99). He has also appeared in several commercials and films, including The Mighty Ducks, So I Married an Axe Murderer, and Ghost World.

Chrissy Dugans In the past 10 (gulp!) years since she graduated, Chrissy moved back to NYC and has worked for The Public Theater/ NY Shakespeare Festival for two years, then moved on to working for the Tony Awards for five years, and throughout that time she has worked as a company manager for shows on tour and based in NYC and London. She is now happily ensconced in Brooklyn, NY and she is continuing her work in theater and in education.

Kim Kelly (Production Manager 1998-2000)-After graduating from Northwestern in 2000, Kim moved to Boston to work for the production department of a touring children's theatre company. A year later, she returned to Chicago and started a theatre company called Umalleniay (oo-ma-LEN-ee-ay) with fellow Northwestern alumni Mikhail Garver and Jim Horner. Umalleniay produced its first project in November 2001, entitled "Moment: A Presentation of Three Days of Rain and The Author's Voice" by Richard Greenberg.

John Mayer (Special Events Coordinator 1998-99; Artistic Director 1999-2000)-After graduating in 2000, John moved to New York to pursue a career as an actor. While there he directed a play entitled Tough! by George F. Walker. Eventually he moved to Los Angeles as a singer/songwriter, where he has written for the NU Showcase, finished a screenplay, and performed with the Shanley Seven, an improv comedy troupe of Northwestern alumni.

Maureen Towey (Artistic Director 2000-02)-Through the support of a Princess Grace Fellowship, Maureen was a guest director with Sojourn Theatre in 2007. She was a 2005-2006 Fulbright Scholar in South Africa for Directing. She has directed four new works by Jess Lacher including The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras Country (Best Ensemble, NY Fringe Festival). She has directed a number of devised pieces in New York, most recently Wound Up at HERE and crowd: a blanket of strangers at chashama. Maureen served as Development Director for Anne Bogart's SITI Company and toured internationally with the rock group Arcade Fire, working in a variety of creative and management capacities.
