Announcements:

Tickets for shuttles between Bozeman airport and Big Sky Resort will be going on sale Tuesday, October 17th. The cost is $24 each way and there are multiple times available. Tickets must be purchased in advance! We will not be selling tickets at the airport itself and you will not be allowed on without a ticket. For the shuttle from Bozeman to Big Sky please purchase the shuttle at least 1 hour after your scheduled arrival on the 9th. For the shuttle from Big Sky to Bozeman on the 15th please purchase the shuttle a minimum of 3 hours before your flight, NO EXCEPTIONS! The shuttle ride is over an hour long and you will miss your flight if you do not leave ample time. Ski trip is not responsible for missed flights due to selecting the wrong shuttle time. Please do not purchase your shuttle ticket before you have booked your flight because these are non-refundable. There is no set limit of tickets, but we will be ending ticket sales early to allow the shuttle operators to determine the number needed at each time slot.

The motorcoach will be departing Evanston around 5:30 on the 14th to accomodate those with late finals. The coach will leave Big Sky around 10AM on the 15th and arrive in Evanston early to mid-afternoon (~4:00PM) on the 16th. Please book airfare home late in the night as weather and unexpected complications can always arise.

(We have sold out every year and the demand is so high this year that we expect to sell out sooner than ever before. Don't risk getting left out, buy your ticket now.) Low cost airfare is also now available but on a very limited supply.

Please note that in order for you to be able to purchase the trip ticket, you will need
to provide a valid credit card number. This is needed by the lodgings in case of damage to your room.

If you have a ski trip ticket, please make sure you are subscribed to the skiclub listserv. All information will be sent out via e-mail to that listserv.

While flying may seem like an easier option, please consider the Bus. It is very inexpensive and you can sleep through almost all of the ride!

If you are purchasing a ticket for a friend, please have them download this form and fax it to you or mail it to you with their signature. Norris will not sell tickets without this liability form signed. Right click and save form
