Practice

The Northwestern University Sailing Team practices 4 days a week out of the NU Boathouse on South Beach. Practice starts at 3pm and goes till around 6 Monday through Thursday. All sailors are encouraged to attend practice at least twice a week, with A team sailors asked to attend practice 3 times a week. NUST recently found a coach for the spring season who will organize and run practices and offer assistance at regattas.
