Club Division II Collegiate Squad
Following the second rainout of the Parmenter Cup versus Northern Illinois University, the NU students won the game over a capable alumni side by a generous score of 64-45. Numerous tries were scored by Alan Ritchie (three) and Rob Brown (four), with James Dawson and Marco Corrao adding two tries each and captain James Walsh scoring his first try of the season off an assist by Brendan Flannery.
The alum offense thrived with Adam Steinbrunner ('99), Harper Bohlen ('98), Tony Kosinski ('89) and Jon Flowers ('04) scoring several tries of their own. Records on kicking were not kept in this friendly. Thanks to all the alums and fans who came out for the game and their continued support of NU Rugby.
