ROCSA mailing list 是一個 E-Mail 的群組, 同學會活動的重要消息會透過此發送e-mail給所有的會員.
對於其他想要多瞭解我們活動的人, 我們也很歡迎您加入我們的電子郵件群組.
加入的方式有下列兩種:
- 發一封E-mail給 rocsaatnu@yahoo.com,
在信件當中簡要說明您的身份.
- 發一封E-mail到 listserv@listserv.it.northwestern.edu,
將標題列留白, 內容寫上:
SUBSCRIBE rocsa Firstname Lastname
請將 Firstname Lastname 換成您的大名.
以下列出我們 mailing list 的使用規定供您參考:
- The ROCSA mailing list is established for the purpose of
distributing information regarding ROCSA events among its members
and alumni.
宗旨在於散播關於ROCSA的活動訊息
- Unless in an emergent need, information that are useful to the
members but are not directly related to ROCSA is strongly
recommended to post in the BBS boards
(http://groups.msn.com/NUTSA/) instead of using the mailing list.
For those who want to get more useful information other than ROCSA
events, please the BBS boards regularly.
除了有緊急狀況之外,
想要將其它訊息分享給ROCSA成員時, 請盡量利用BBS版面.
如果想要獲得更多生活相關資訊, 請經常閱讀BBS版面
(http://groups.msn.com/NUTSA/).
- Mailing of pornography, racist or otherwise discriminating
remarks, threats to cause physical or mental harm, extreme
offensive language, material that breaks any law or otherwise
totally unacceptable messages that contain the aforementioned
material is strictly prohibited. Spamming is also prohibited.
嚴格禁止傳播色情, 種族歧視, 或其它威脅性, 攻擊性文章.
禁止利用此一郵寄服務發送大量郵件.
- Subscription to ROCSA mailing list is open to anyone who wants
to receive the message.
訂閱ROCSA電子郵寄服務開放給任何有興趣的個人.
- Subscribers can send their message to all members in the list
by mailing to "rocsa@listserv.it.northwestern.edu"
- To unsubscribe ROCSA mailing list, send an email to
listserv@listserv.it.northwestern.edu (from the account in which
you are subscribed). Leave the subject line blank! In the body of
the message write: UNSUBSCRIBE rocsa
- To subscribe ROCSA mailing list, send an email to
listserv@listserv.it.northwestern.edu using the email account you
want to receive it. Leave the subject line blank! In the body of
the message write: SUBSCRIBE rocsa your_first_name your_last_name
- Violation of the rule may cause the user to be excluded from
the mailing list.
違反此一規定者, 將會被移除於此一郵寄服務.
