We are continuing a tradition where student groups can "adopt" one of our volunteering sites and have their members volunteer at that site for a day. (Or, several times over a quarter, if you choose to). By browsing from the menu bar on the left, you can find a descriptive list of the different sites we work with, as well as the days and times that we usually send volunteers to each place. As soon as you find a site that interests your group and fits your time schedule, let us know and we will provide transportation and help make any other necessary arrangements.

Foster Reading Center (after-school program)
InterChurch Refugee and Immigration Ministries (tutoring program)
Jonquil Hotel (low-cost transitional home for disadvataged families- Saturday morning activity program for the children)
OWL Adventures in Learning (academic enrichment program)

Working with the Elderly
Lake Shore Health Care and Rehabilitation Centre (long-term care facility)

Working with Animals
Chicago Animal Care and Control (animal shelter)
