Welcome to Virginia, March 1773. You have been appointed by the Virginia House of Burgesses as a committee to correspond with other colonies about the current situation with the British government. You are an underground committee, and each member has been chosen in order to represent all backgrounds in the colonies. Through your debate, communication with the other colonies will be made concerning common complaints against the British, plans of action, and possible resolution to problems. Your thoughts and suggestions will be read by colonial leaders, loyal or against the crown alike.

Keep in mind your background and experiences as a colonist. Stay true to your personal history, and productive and exciting debate should lead to an exploration of our nations founding and possible a new direction for revolutionary America.
