Foreplay

Our annual philanthropy event is Evans Scholar Foreplay - a miniature golf tournament. Scholars pair up in groups of two or three to create an 18-hole miniature golf course. Each group is responsible for constructing one hole with any theme or design of their choice using everyday items.

Holes in the past have ranged from classical mini golf style holes to holes with upside-down ramps and jumps.

Participants are treated a round of exciting and fun miniature golf, and then served food and drinks on the house porch. Foreplay is usually held in late October or early November, and in recent years all proceeds go to the Autism Society of Illinois.
