Instructions for Payment
All Bills are due on October 4, 2004 . Bills must be postmarked or paid online in full by October 14, 2004 , unless a prior agreement has been reached between the member and the chapter . All unpaid balances after this point will be fined 10% of the total bill per month, until all debts are paid. Unpaid balances remaining after October 19, 2004 , may result in suspension of all house privileges.

This year we are pleased to announce that we will be accepting credit card payments online. All credit cards are processed using Paypal. To pay your bill online in this manner, please send an email to
with your son’s name and the email address you would like the bill sent to. You will receive an invoice directly from Paypal within 24 hours of sending the email with instructions on how to pay your bill. Please note that paying by credit card incurs a 2.9% processing charge which is added to your total bill.
