Northwestern
China Care Club has recently been able to sponsor three orphaned
children that were desperate for medical care.
Followup: This little boy
was abandoned with downs syndrome and a congenital heart condition
called ECD. Children with ECD have no separation between the chambers of
the heart, and he needed surgery in order to correct this defect.
Northwestern China Care Club paid for a portion of this surgery in order
to ensure he will have a healthy chance at life.
Followup: This little boy had a complicated heart defect known as
VSD. Northwestern China Care Club was able to cover a portion of his
heart surgery and nurturing aftercare while he recovered at the China
Care Home in Beijing.
Needed: Congenital heart defect correction surgery Followup: This one and a half year old boy was in
need of heart surgery to correct a severe and complicated heart defect.
Without treatment his oxygen saturation levels would crash, which would
jeopardize his chance for survival. Northwestern China Care Club was
able to pay for a portion of his surgery and medical care while he
received treatment at the China Care Home.
