This is where we have the greatest need and you can have the greatest impact. Right now we have an abundance of opportunities and a lack of funding to make them a reality. We try to extend each dollar to have the greatest impact. Particularly in China , each dollar goes a long way. With more funds we can see all of those opportunities and more through.
