As a Residential College, Chapin affords many benefits, and probably the best of these is the interaction with the fellows! Not only do they act as advisers for any willing Chapino, they help arrange many intercollege activities, and give firesides themselves. Firesides are intimate presentations by the fellows, ranging a multitude of topics, from the neurobiology of obesity to the gruesomeness of the French Revolution. Throughout the fireside, dialogues are often created between the students and the fellows, using the love of knowledge as a bridge between the two.
