Training

Boxing is a very tough sport.That being said, it is important both to train your mind and body to ensure that you minimize, as much as possible, your chances of getting injured. Our training sessions will include the classes we will take together at the Evanston Boxing Club as well as practices on Saturdays (there might be time for a montage or two, but we'll see).
