Biography:
This gentleman was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He was raised to embrace his Nigerian ancestry rich with courage, strength, and heritage. He was always known to go the extra mile with his academics, which landed him in a summer enrichment program at the prestigious St. George's Prep School in Newport, Rhode Island. His dedication to his work and his consistent display of leadership skills gained him a full scholarship to the school for the remainder of his high school career. This experience was crucial in this young man's decision to continue to Northwestern University. Once here, he engaged in various leadership roles in such organizations as the African Student Association, National Society of Black Engineers, and Blackboard Magazine. He has recently joined other Northwestern students to rebuild an outlet for African American artistic expression through a literary magazine entitled, Voice & Vision.

If you can't tell by his majors and his selection of campus involvement, this Alpha Man is a strong supporter of his People. He aspires to spark a change that will catapult Africans and African-Americans into their initial prideful, strong, and free state of mind. He appreciates the opportunity to learn from the positive and negative aspects of the Black NU community and hopes to develop skills needed for the next civil rights movement. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology in order to teach on a college level while maintaining his own private practice. Fore, he feels that the psyche of the family is the place for Black people to make a start.
