Each year Alpha Chi Omegas look forward to meeting girls and welcoming new members into our sisterhood.
We kick off Recruitment with Philanthropy Round, which was held on November 11. It is a great way for potential new members to get a taste of Greek life, and meet panhellenic women from each chapter |

Formal Recruitment in January is an exciting five day mutual selection process.
After three days of parties, potential new members are invited to attend Informals - a fun and laid back day of skits, themed decorations, and food. The next night is Preference Night, a special ceremony for everyone involved, and the last chance to speak with actives before filling out a preference card. |
| The whole experience culminates with Bid Night, when Alpha Chi Omega finally gets to welcome its fabulous new member class home! |
