Camp Kesem is a student-run summer camp program for children who have or had a parent with cancer, where campers build self-esteem and gain support from peers facing similar challenges. Students plan camp, fundraise for and counselor an amazing one-week, sleepaway camp during the first week of summer.

Consultants Advising Student Enterprises (CASE)

C.A.S.E., or Consultants Advising Student Enterprises, is NU's first and only student group dedicated to helping other NU student groups solve their toughest strategic problems, and providing opportunities for students to gain real consulting experience in the process. Since beginning operations in late April 2008, we have helped one organization increase expected attendance at their annual bake sale by 100%, and helped two students raise $3000 in a week for a worthy cause. IAESTE Northwestern University

The Northwestern chapter of the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE) gives students the opportunity to live and work in one of 86 member countries around the globe. The jobs are paid positions, can be completed for any length from 4 weeks to 18 months, and are available in any technical field such as engineering, math, or science.

Institute for Student Business Education

The Institute for Student Business Education (ISBE) is the largest business organization on Northwestern campus with a reach of over 800 members. ISBE exists to provide a diverse array of business education and experiential opportunities, with avenues and resources to explore career interests. IEEE (Eye-triple-E) is a non-profit, technical professional association run by volunteers. It has 377,000 individual members in 150 countries. KSEA (Korean American Scientists and Engineers Association) is a non-profit professional organization for both undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in Science, Engineering, Technology, Math, Medical and etc.

Minorities in Pursuit of Law and Business

The Society of Minorities in Pursuit of Law and Business is the only law and business pre-professional organization geared specifically to the minority student's interests at Northwestern University. Since the re-establishment in 2001, the group has educated Northwestern's minority community on the opportunities available in the law and business fields, and provided necessary resources to help our members get ahead in the professional world. Over 100 members are in the Pursuit, and we are launching law and business related programs each quarter.

One Step Before

The purpose of One Step Before is to serve the minority premedical students of Northwestern University, by providing valuable information that premedical students need, prior to attending medical school, through meetings, workshops, events, etc. This organization works diligently to try to stimulate the interests, of premedical students at Northwestern University, in the medical field by encouraging and promoting all minorities in medicine.

Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity

The fundamental objective of Phi Alpha Delta is to assist undergraduate students to make an informed choice in selecting law as a career, deciding which law school to attend, and in preparing for the rigors of law school. Phi Alpha Delta remains the only Law Fraternity and the only national legal organization of any kind with a national Pre-Law Program committed to meeting the needs of undergraduate students interested in the law. Society of Women Engineers

Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a national organization dedicated to promoting interest and encouraging women to pursue the fields of science and engineering. SWE gives support, guidance and recognition to women engineers and other engineering students. Today, SWE is a nationally recognized professional, educational, non-profit, service organization.

Undergraduate Chemistry Council

The Undergraduate Chemistry Council is dedicated to helping Northwestern Undergraduates interested in chemistry or taking chemistry classes succeed and have fun. We hold tutoring sessions for any chemistry class, especially organic chemistry. We hold a weekly seminar series designed to encourage undergraduates to get involved in chemical research, as well as an annual distinguished lecture. We organize community outreach sessions to perform chemistry demonstrations for kids and get them interested in science.

Undergraduate Investment Banking Club

The Undergraduate Investment Banking Club supports the students’ interest in investment banking by providing tutorial sessions to increase the students’ knowledge about the industry and also by bringing in professionals from the industry for presentations/talks. Members will have the opportunity to network with professionals and also become prepared for investment banking interviews.
