CRC: The Communications Residential College

The Communications Residential College (CRC), housed in East Fairchild, is ideally located for students in Medill and the School of Communications. Our three-story building includes a suite for every 5-6 rooms. Other features include WXRU, our own in-house radio station, three state-of-the-art screening rooms with an HD projector and Blu-Ray player, an HDTV with TiVo, a darkroom, an exercise room, a bike storage room, a trunk room, a video game room, pool, air hockey, ping-pong, and more social and philanthropic events than any other residential college on campus. Elder Hall

The official website of Elder Hall, located at 2400 Sheridan Road.

Foster-Walker Complex

Freshmen Quad

Website for the Freshmen Quad which is the area on campus which will exclusively house freshmen (Elder and the small houses 600 Lincoln and Hinman House). The website will serve as a destination for all info. about the quad and its happenings.

Healthy Living Unit

The Healthy Living Unit is substance free housing offering a wide variety of programming options for members, non-res members, and guests. Everyone is welcome at all HLU events!

Helicon

Residence Hall Association

The Northwestern University Residence Hall Association exists to improve the quality of residential life for Northwestern University students. The Residence Hall Association shall encourage interaction and cooperation among the residence halls. The Residence Hall Association shall further be a liaison for the students to the University administration, acting as the representative voice for all undergraduate students living in the residence halls of Northwestern University.

Residential College Board

The Residential College Board is an advisory board that consists of the presidents of the eleven residential colleges and a six member executive board. The RCB is committed to promoting community and academic enrichment in Northwestern's residential colleges. RCB programming includes New Student Week events, the Fall Formal, and quarterly Student Faculty Receptions.
